What time is check-in? Arrival
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm. From that time onwards, the apartment is ready for you to enter.
Before your arrival, we will send you the access instructions so you can enter without waiting and with complete convenience.
Recommendation: if you expect to arrive late or have a delay, let us know so we can help coordinate your arrival.
What time is check-out? Departure
Check-out is until 12:00 pm. This time is needed to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Before leaving, please check that you have not left any personal belongings behind and make sure the door is properly closed.
Is there WiFi? How do I get the password? Connectivity
Yes, there is free WiFi. The password is provided in your booking information so you have it before you arrive.
If you need more stability (remote work/video calls), there is also a wired LAN connection.
If you cannot find the password, write to us and we will send it again.
How does smart entry work? Access
Access is handled through an app (iOS/Android). This avoids depending on physical keys and makes arrival more flexible.
We will send you the instructions before check-in so you can have everything ready in advance.
Recommendation: install the app before travelling and arrive with battery and mobile data available.
Is guest registration mandatory? Pre-registration
Yes. It is completed online and is mandatory for guests over 16 years old.
Important: if the registration has not been completed, check-in cannot be completed. That is why we request it in advance.
Recommendation: complete it as soon as you receive the link/instructions.
What is the maximum occupancy? Capacity
You cannot exceed the occupancy stated in your booking. This is part of the apartment capacity rules.
If you need to add guests, it must be arranged properly: higher occupancy implies an extra charge per guest and, in any case, the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
What are the noise rules? Quiet hours
To respect everyone's rest, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited, including loud music or gatherings that cause disturbance.
Is smoking or vaping allowed? Building rules
No. The building is smoke-free. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the building, including common areas.
This rule helps keep the accommodation clean, odour-free and comfortable for everyone.
Are pets allowed? Pets
Yes, upon request and with a charge of €35 per pet per stay.
For hygiene and maintenance reasons, pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
What is prohibited in the apartment? Restrictions
Do not bring in bicycles, scooters or flammable materials. Do not move the furniture. Please take proper care of the furniture and household items.
What equipment is included in the apartment? Equipment
Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, washing machine, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and amenities.
It includes high-quality towels and bed linen.
How often are towels changed and full cleaning provided? Cleaning
Free towel change every 3 days and free full cleaning once a week.
If you need extra towel changes or additional cleaning, it can be requested as an extra service (subject to availability).
Is there a baby cot? Families
Yes, available free of charge upon request.
Recommendation: request it in advance so it is ready when you arrive.
Do you offer extra services (laundry, ironing, daily cleaning)? Extra services
Yes, subject to availability and with an additional charge.
If you need any of these services, tell us which one you want and for which dates/time so we can confirm availability.
Is there parking? How does loading and unloading work? Parking
Nearby parking spaces are available for an extra charge and subject to availability (€17/day). Please provide your license plate when booking so we can arrange it.
There is a space right in front for loading and unloading (short-term use), ideal for handling luggage comfortably.
What is the tourist tax and how is it paid? Additional charge
€2.2 per night per guest (maximum 5 nights). It is charged separately.
If it has not been paid with the booking, a payment link will be sent so it can be completed easily.
